AIMM? Am I Making Money?

Do you know where your time goes each day, in half hour increments? Track your time and understand where it goes; prospecting, client meetings or phone calls, customer service, research, administrivia? How many of your interruptions are because of your environment, or SELF imposed? If you don't control events, events WILL control you! Have a To Do list for each day with the two or three key items you want to accomplish and don't be "put off". Get them done, no matter what! Schedule two, 30-45 minute time slots, one in the morning, one in the afternoon dedicated to accomplishing your agenda. Don't allow yourself to interrupted during this period. It's imperative that you get done what is on your agenda, before you respond to what everybody else wants. Do this and you'll experience real progress and a wonderful feeling of accomplishment! Try it!
